okay, so i have armor.. wich says.. "Health +25" for example.. so i bough rune of major vigor.. and i put it on other armor and it says "Health +41 (non stacking)" and i don't see the health joining my other 500 health.. is this normal? because it says +41.. but i dont have +41 i have +0

This rune should stack with insignias and rune of vitea, however it does not stack with other runes of vigor that confer health increase (minor, major, superior). Do you have two major runes of vigor equiped? If your answer is yes then it makes sense the second one doesn't show up. Otherwise i am seriously puzzled.

The only thing i can think of is that the rune is bugged, STrip all armor, and take a look at the healt, don that armor piece now and if it increases u know it is functional?

What exactly are you putting it on?
The fact that it says non stacking makes me think you're overlooking something.

Do you have any runes for + attributes on other pieces of your armor? The vigor would negate some of those - health runes already in place.

I think hes referring to the +25 health on the dervish chest pieces, this should stack if you add a rune of vigor(works for me!)

make sure you have your math right
